The Board of Trade raises a very nice question. I
am afraid the difficulty is inseparable from a system
where there are so many co-ordinate jurisdictions with
different laws. We must face it and make the best of
difficult situations where they arise. I do not think
they will be frequent.
Baction 203.
As the charge is one which would only be enforced
against the liquidator in a British Court I think the
Board of Trade difficulty does not arise.
Section 205 (3)
Provision for English bankruptcy law is made in my
draft Order-in-Council.
